  1. could you give me advise as to how to turn a bad situation around for the betterment of all my fellow pipers . when we formed our band four or five years ago none of us ten guys owned a set of pipes and very few had practice chanters. we are all retired n.y.c. fireman the youngest of all is in his mid 50s most in our late 60s when we formed we set a very low goal " we will set our pace to move along so as not to surpass a fellow piper. " this edict has kept us from advancing . at even a moderate pace . 1/3 of the band wants to move along yet were saddled with the slow pokes. could you advise as to how we can motivate our way to a more unified pace thank you steve gibbons75@gmail.com
