Class Name: Special Strathspey Technique, Developing Efficiency in 6/8 Playing
Class Instructor: Andrew Douglas
Date of Original Live Class: April 17th, 2012 at 5:30pm

Description: In this class Andrew covers several impromptu performances. First off, a student asks about the correct way to present Balmoral Castle - a tune that has esoteric rhythms and embellishments. Then, another student works through some 6/8s, and Andrew helps explain how to move efficiently through tunes of this idiom, which helps avoid crushed technique and tempos slowing down.
